• Any meals other than those specified in 'Cost Includes section'.
• Personal Expenses like tips, telephone calls, laundry, liquor etc.
• Guide & Entrance fees during sightseeing.
• Any other item not specified in 'cost includes section'.
• Transportation, Safari and sightseeing.

Terms & Conditions:-

• Booking Confirmation is subject to receipt of full advance amount from the guest/their representative travel agent or tour operator at our Office only.
• All the Rates mentioned are valid for Indian Nationals Only. Tariff for Foreign Nationals/ NRIS are on request.
• Check Out Timing- 11:00 AM; Check In Timing- 01:00 PM. If arrival time is not mentioned, the reservations will be released at 1800 Hrs.
• Photo ID - "As Per the Government directive, all guests are requested to produce the photo identity document such as Driving License/Pan Card/Voter ID Card/Passport etc. at the time of check in at the hotel. Kindly inform the guest to keep original ID with photo copies for the fast check in.

Cancellation Policy:-

• Within 16 days of Arrival Date/ No Show: No Refund
• However following deductions would be levied.
• 16 Days to 30 Days prior to Arrival - 50% of the total package cost.
• 30 Days & More- No Deductions would be levied.
• The Applicable Tariff, packages are subject to change without prior intimation.
• Taxes as per Government notification.
• In case of non-availability of the rooms at our respective hotels for reasons, The Hotel would be arranging alternative/similar accommodation.
